"One day it occurred to me that it had been many years since the world had been afforded the spectacle of a man adventurous enough to undertake a journey through Germany on foot. After much thought, I decided that I was a person fitted to furnish to mankind this spectacle. So I determined to do it. This was in March, 1878." Mark Twain, A Tramp Abroad

The Father does Radio!

Tune in next Thursday (September 17) to 90.1 MHz—"Radio Unerhört Marburg.” During the 16:00 hour (10:00 am EST), the father will participate in a segment on the Fulbright program in Germany. The whole thing will be in German, so most of us will have no clue what is going on. Nevertheless, you might recognize his voice and snicker a bit at his pitiful German accent. The program can be streamed around the world at www.radio-rum.de. We will have more details about the event next week. So ya’ll just keep checkin’ back in.
